About this role
We are seeking a
Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to join our growing team at
Datanova . The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack but also possess excellent client communication and team management skills. Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using
MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
- Lead project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain coding best practices.
- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, PMs) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
- Manage priorities, timelines, and ensure proper project documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Requirements
- 3–6 years of strong experience in
MERN Stack development .
- Proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and Git .
- Strong knowledge of
React.js hooks, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB .
- Hands-on experience in
frontend optimization and backend scalability .
- Excellent
client communication skills with ability to gather and analyze requirements.
- Strong
management & leadership skills to handle team and projects independently.
- Experience with
Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Benefits Work on
