Job Title: Senior Technical Support Engineer Full Stack | GCP | Prod

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to manage platform monitoring, production support, integration feeds, and full-stack troubleshooting. The role involves Shadow/Reverse Shadow knowledge transfer, operational ownership, and steady-state production support.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong troubleshooting across React frontend, backend, databases, and API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services: Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
• BTDP/API feed monitoring, late-data recovery, and schema-change handling.
• Incident management, production support, and root-cause analysis (RCA).
• Basic Python and SQL scripting for troubleshooting and automation.
• Experience with application monitoring, alerting, and platform health checks.

Good-to-Have Skills

• GitHub Copilot-assisted debugging.
• Power BI/BigQuery refresh troubleshooting.
• Azure AD/SSO issue resolution.
• Shadow/Reverse Shadow and knowledge-transfer experience.
