How Can You Make an Impact?

    • Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures and safe-working practices in accordance with applicable statutory requirements and organizational standards.
    • Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits and hazard-identification exercises, ensuring timely closure of observations and corrective actions.
    • Monitor safety practices for critical construction activities including work at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting operations, electrical works, hot work and movement of heavy equipment.
    • Ensure adherence to PPE requirements, work-permit systems, barricading, signage and other site-safety controls by employees, contractors and workers.

    • Develop and periodically review emergency-response and evacuation plans and conduct mock drills to assess site preparedness.
    • Track safety indicators and recurring observations and share periodic EHS reports/MIS with Project Leadership for corrective and preventive action.
    • Liaise with relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies and ensure required safety-related certifications, licenses and records remain current.
    • Work closely with Project/Engineering teams to ensure that safety considerations are integrated into construction planning and execution, rather than addressed only after an incident.
    • Promote a safety-first culture by creating ownership for EHS across employees, contractors and workmen at the project.

    What Are We Looking For?

    • Any Graduation with recognized Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety / Construction Safety (mandatory), as applicable.

    • Hands-on understanding of construction-site hazards and safety controls.
    • Strong observation, problem-solving and risk-assessment skills, with a preventive rather than reactive approach to safety.
    • Good documentation and MIS skills, with attention to audit readiness and timely closure of safety observations.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to communicate safety requirements to different levels of the site workforce.
    • High level of discipline, integrity and ownership, with willingness to spend significant time onsite.
    • Strong learning orientation and ability to remain updated on evolving safety regulations, standards and industry practices.
