Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Executive to manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensure adherence to SLAs, optimize workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
• Own and optimize onboarding SLAs, processes, and workflows.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and quickly resolve process gaps.
• Handle onboarding-related escalations and act as the single point of accountability.
• Track onboarding progress, maintain records, and prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding activities while maintaining process quality and accuracy.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage escalations and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor and a presentable personality.
• Freshers with an MBA or other relevant B-school qualifications are encouraged to apply.
