Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across functions and locations. The role will focus on lateral, niche and specialist hiring, including sourcing, headhunting, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation and onboarding. The incumbent will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines and ensuring timely closure of positions. In addition, the role will support employee relations, grievance handling and key HR activities, working closely with employees and business managers to address people-related matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across functions and locations, from manpower planning and requirement understanding to sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation and successful joining.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, critical skills and hiring priorities, ensuring timely closure of positions.
• Proactively identify potential attrition and succession requirements, discuss hiring plans with stakeholders in advance and build pipelines to ensure business continuity.
• Drive lateral, niche and specialist hiring through a mix of direct sourcing, headhunting, employee referrals, LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals and industry networks.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and strategic talent pools for current, recurring and future hiring requirements, with a focus on passive candidate engagement.
• Conduct candidate screening and preliminary assessments, evaluating experience, functional fit, communication, career progression and compensation expectations.
• Manage the interview and selection process end-to-end, ensuring effective stakeholder coordination, timely feedback and smooth candidate movement.
• Lead offer negotiation and pre-joining engagement, proactively managing candidate expectations and follow-ups to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Build a strong professional network across relevant talent markets and leverage industry interactions to strengthen the organizations talent pipeline.
• Drive recruitment MIS and analytics, tracking hiring pipelines, TAT, source effectiveness, conversion ratios and offer-to-joining metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Identify and implement innovative sourcing approaches and recruitment process improvements to enhance talent quality, candidate experience and hiring effectiveness.

Desired skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in BFSI/Insurance, with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, lateral hiring, niche hiring, headhunting and passive candidate sourcing.
• MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institution is preferred.
• Mandatory hands-on expertise in LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals and direct sourcing, with strong understanding of market mapping and talent availability.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple recruitment mandates from requirement understanding to successful joining, while effectively managing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with business heads, functional leaders and employees.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment MIS and database management.
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives, industry events and business requirements as needed.
