Job opportunity | L3 Network Security Engineer

Role Summary:

An experienced L3 Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Cisco Secure Access / SASE solutions. Associate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, architecture support, implementation, and optimization of secure network access solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for Cisco Secure Access / Cisco SASE platform.
• Design, implement, and manage Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), and CASB policies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to Cisco AnyConnect, VPN, remote access, and identity-based access policies.
• Integrate Cisco Secure Access with enterprise identity providers (Azure AD / SSO / MFA).
• Manage and optimize security policies, access control rules, and traffic inspection policies.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and provide permanent fixes.
• Work with network, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity across hybrid environments.
• Implement and maintain high availability and performance optimization for secure access infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and technical mentoring to L1/L2 teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Access / Cisco SASE.
• Expertise in Cisco AnyConnect, VPN, ZTNA, SWG, and identity-based security policies.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Experience with firewalls, proxy, and network security technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security integration (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents.
