Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing PMPs/PEPs, MCPs, TCPs, Logistics Plans, Resource (3Ms) Histograms, S-Curves & other documents in consultation with reporting manager in excel, MSP, Primavera etc. as per project specific requirements.
• Preparing Monthly Look Ahead Schedules, quarterly invoice schedules, material requirement schedule, vendor finalization tracker, Project Close out & Demobilization Schedules.
• Create a weekly critical action required list for the Regional Head and Corporate Planning Head and highlight key bottlenecks for early resolution.
• Preparation of Mobilization Checklist for new projects on award (with a view to complete initial mobilization within 30 days) and monitoring on weekly basis.
• Regular visits to the sites based to capture criticality and reporting the same to Planning manager and Project Incharge.
• Preparation of Monthly MRM Ppt, requisite progress tracking reports advised by senior management, Monthly MIS etc. as per the cut off dates.
• Maintaining Drawing Register, raising RFI with inputs from execution team to client and updating RFI Log that is to be shared with client with each submitted MCS especially the open RFIs.
• Providing requisite date to Contracts management team in preparation of Delay Notices, Delay Analysis and EOT Documentation.
• Resource Scheduling, Loading, Monitoring and Productivity Analysis.
• Coordination with Site Planning Team for Formwork utilization reports, Formwork surplus & demobilization report, Material Reconciliation Reports, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B. Tech / B.E Civil 5-10 years of Experience.
• Should have worked with reputed Contracting organizations building projects like High-rise Residential, Commercial. Hospital projects
• Must have working knowledge in Primavera P6 & MS Project with Resource and Cost Loading.
