Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, governance, and delivery approaches across upstream and downstream systems.
• Lead end-to-end test execution, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and successful programme delivery.
• Establish robust defect management processes, prioritising defects based on severity, business impact, and risk while ensuring SLA-driven resolution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate testing risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance testing efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Developers, Test Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing large-scale integration and transformation testing programmes.
• Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Defect Management, Risk Management, and Test Governance.
• Hands-on experience in ATM Switch Testing and cloud-native platforms.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and test management dashboards/reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
