Job Role Details

• Designation: Analyst
• Location: Pune-Hinjewadi Phase 2
• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: - Working experience in administration, facility management, cafeteria management (Soft services) in IT and ITES companies /Hotels can be considered.
• Required Competencies - Good communication skills, Analytical skills, well versed with MS Office, Good Team Player
• Experience Level 1 to 2 years
• Shift - Willing to work in shifts-Rotational

Roles & Responsibilities

• • Daily Facility Round and ensuring upkeep of facility
• • Ensure Repairs & Maintenance activities are tracked and closed within SLAs
• • Cafeteria operations monitoring
• • Vendor Management & development
• • Processing of invoices & ensure follow up with Finance team for timely vendor payments
• • Procurement of Admin Materials.
• • Inventory to be maintained for all consumables like, HK material, Pantry material and stationery etc.
• • Ensure all vendor compliance documents are timely updated.
• • ID, Access card management.
• • Courier Management.
• • Travel desk & Guest House Management.
• • Client visits & Expat Management.
• • Event management.
