Technical Team Lead / Solution Designer (.NET Modernization)

Experience: 10+ Years
Location: Chennai (WFO)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Required Skills

• Strong experience in .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Hands-on experience in application modernization and solution design
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Good to have Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/AZURE/GCP)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead .NET application modernization initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions.
• Modernize monolithic applications into microservices.
• Develop, review, and optimize REST APIs.
• Mentor development teams and promote best coding practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
