Job opening with MNC_ETL Testing

Job Description We are looking for a team player who brings a strong testing mindset with a focus on ETL, Database, Data Validation, and Functional Testing, along with exposure to test automation. Has 4 to 8 years of experience in ETL testing , with hand-on SQL expertise, and Functional Testing. Strong experience in ETL testing, source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, migration testing, data transformation testing, and report validation. Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting. Able to interpret business requirements, mapping documents, and transformation logic to design effective test scenarios and validations. Experienced in file validation, database testing, and end-to-end data flow verification. Skilled in creating detailed test cases and executing functional and data-focused test scenarios. Has experience in web and client application testing. Working knowledge of at least one automation tool such as Selenium, Playwright, Python. Familiar with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA and Octane. Strong understanding of QA fundamentals, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle management. Must have hands-on experience working in an Agile environment. Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
