Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for BFSI roles.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and market benchmarks in the BFSI domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
