About Us
Malviy Group provides back-office support to property preservation contractors in the US. We are hiring experienced people to process Safeguard Properties work orders for our regional vendors.

Must-Have Experience (Mandatory)

• We are hiring experienced candidates only. Freshers should not apply.
• You must already have hands-on experience with Safeguard Properties work orders. If you have not worked on Safeguard work orders before, do not apply.

What You'll Do

• Process and update Safeguard work orders for regional vendors
• Review photos and make sure they meet Safeguard requirements
• Prepare and submit bids
• Tag photos, write comments, and complete results on time
• Handle rejections, re-submissions, and follow-ups
• Keep in touch with vendors on pending items and due dates

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Safeguard Properties work orders (required)
• Good knowledge of property preservation: winterization, grass cuts, debris, securing, inspections
• Good written English
• Stable internet connection, a working laptop or PC, and power backup
• Available for the full 8 PM – 5 AM IST shift, 6 days a week
