Role & responsibilities

Installation and Setup

• Build and config WebLogic domains, clusters, and managed servers.
• Set up web server links (like Apache) and database data sources (JDBC/JMS).
• Handle security realms, SSL certificates, and LDAP user checks. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Daily Operations and Support

• Deploy, update, or roll back application files (war, ear).
• Track server health, CPU usage, and JVM memory.
• Fix server crashes, stuck threads, and connection drops. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Maintenance and Tuning

• Apply software patches and system upgrades.
• Tune JVM heap size and garbage collection for better speed.
• Write automation scripts using WLST or Shell. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

B.E/B.Tech/MCA in any discipline
