Job Opening For VIP Support Engineer - Mumbai (Santacruz)

Position: VIP Support Executive 
Location: Santacruz Kalina, Mumbai 
Experience: 3+ years 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated IT support to approximately 24 VIP users, including CXOs, CEOs, MDs, and Chairpersons.
• Handle end-to-end desktop, laptop, Microsoft 365, and application support for VIP users.
• Understand organizational hierarchy and prioritize support requests based on user designation and business criticality.
• Provide prompt resolution to technical issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365-related issues.
• Provide support for Zscaler and Microsoft Autopilot.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors for issue resolution and escalations.
• Maintain excellent communication and professional etiquette while interacting with senior management.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and executive-level requests.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in VIP Support / Executive IT Support.
• Experience supporting CXO-level users, CEOs, MDs, and senior management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler and Microsoft Autopilot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to external venues for VIP support.
• Professional appearance, etiquette, and customer-handling skills.
