Role: VIP Support Engineer
Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Skills & Responsibilities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in providing VIP/Executive IT Support to senior management, including Directors, GMs, and other key users.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing tools and IT support processes.
• Understanding of Incident and Service Request management.
• Good understanding of ticket priorities: P1, P2, P3, and P4.
• Understanding of the P1 incident management process, including incident identification, troubleshooting, escalation, communication, resolution, and closure.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Experience in Outlook configuration and troubleshooting, including profile, mailbox, OST/PST, and connectivity-related issues.
• Knowledge of OST and PST files, including troubleshooting and data recovery-related issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to printers, meeting room devices, docking stations, monitors, and other IT peripherals.
• Ability to handle critical issues under pressure and provide timely updates to VIP users and stakeholders.
