Job Description

We are looking for an L2 Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for US clients. The candidate should have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Handle and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Provide professional support to US clients through calls, emails, and tickets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical/IT support.
• Regular B.E./B.Tech/BCA/Diploma (3 years) in IT/ECE/Computer Science.
• Good communication skills.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
