Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel
Experience: 5+ years

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing and supporting the organization's AWS Cloud and hybrid infrastructure, ensuring availability, security, performance and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support AWS Cloud infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, EBS, S3, Load Balancers and Security Groups.
• Manage AWS networking, monitoring, security and access controls.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability and capacity using tools such as CloudWatch.
• Support cloud migration, hybrid infrastructure and cloud cost optimization.
• Manage AWS backup and disaster recovery solutions and ensure defined RPO/RTO requirements.
• Administer and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication, backup jobs, repositories, retention and restore activities.
• Perform backup verification, restore testing and participate in DR drills.
• Support Windows/Linux servers, patching, hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform RCA.
• Support VMware/virtualization infrastructure as required.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and follow ITSM/Change Management processes.
