We have been retained by our client “It is one of the leading global engineering, management, and development consultancy company “to conduct interviewing service for their position “Senior Process Engineer Ahmedabad / Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida

Your Role and Impact

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Lead and inspire process engineering teams to deliver high-quality, detail design services across complex energy projects
• Drive innovation by contributing to projects involving combined cycle, simple cycle, hydrogen, CCUS, and broader energy transition initiatives
• Develop and review critical engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, Heat & Mass Balance models, and utility calculations
• Optimise performance through advanced process simulations using tools such as Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus
• Collaborate across disciplines—working closely with mechanical, civil, instrumentation, and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Champion safety and integrity by leading HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and design reviews in line with global standards
• Support clients and stakeholders through consultancy and Owner’s Engineering services, building trust and long-term partnerships
• Contribute to business growth by supporting proposals, technical clarifications, and cost estimations
• Deliver excellence across all phases of projects—from feasibility and FEED to detailed design, construction support, and performance validation
• Engage globally, collaborating with international teams and clients, and travelling to support project delivery where needed

What You Bring

We are looking for individuals who are passionate, collaborative, and driven to make a difference:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
• Around 10 years of experience in thermal power plant design and project delivery lifecycle—from proposal through commissioning
• Strong expertise in thermodynamics, Rankine cycle, and plant efficiency optimisation
• Experience in combined cycle plants, gas turbines, CHP, or similar systems
• Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS / Aspen Plus and engineering tools
• Solid understanding of international codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, NFPA, IP)
• Experience working in diverse, global project environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• A self-motivated mindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in evolving priorities
