Job Description

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control using Primavera P6.
• Prepare Baseline Schedules (L1/L2/L3), Construction Programmes, Micro Plans, Look-ahead Schedules and S-Curves.
• Monitor project progress, prepare DPR, WPR, MPR, Delay Reports and Progress Reports.
• Prepare forecast schedules and coordinate with project teams for timely availability of manpower, materials and other resources.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams for timely GFC drawing submissions.
• Assist in Client/PMC review meetings and prepare project progress presentations.
• Identify schedule deviations/delays and support corrective and recovery planning.
• Good communication, coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
