Role & responsibilities

To oversee and manage the production activities of the solar PV module manufacturing line, ensuring that targets related to quality, quantity, efficiency, and safety are met. This includes supervising the production team, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Primary accountabilities:

Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes for solar PV modules
Monitor daily production operations to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are achieved.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control protocols.
Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, quality, and planning departments for smooth production flow.
Lead and mentor shift supervisors, operators, and technicians to maintain a high-performance culture.
Analyze production data and implement improvements for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost control.
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Report production KPIs and deviations to management regularly.

Participate in new product introduction and line/machine commissioning as needed.
