Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Call corporate & SMB databases to identify potential customers requiring IT AMC, Managed Services, IT Asset Repair, FMS, Warranty Support, ELV and other Aforeserve services

2. Lead Qualification

Understand customer profile, IT environment, requirement, buying timeline, decision makers and budget

3. Sales Appointment Setting

Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for field sales team

4. Database Management

Maintain accurate customer database, update contact details, interaction history and lead status in CRM

5. Customer Engagement

Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach

6. Sales Funnel Support

Track lead movement from prospect qualified lead meeting opportunity closure

7. Market Intelligence

Capture competitor information, customer challenges and upcoming IT requirements

8. Reporting & MIS

Provide daily activity reports and weekly pipeline updates

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), IT support services, and Managed Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing customer relationships, identifying service renewal opportunities, and converting leads into revenue.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and an understanding of IT infrastructure, support services, AMC, and managed service offerings.
