Role: Desktop Engineer L1

Experience: 6 months to 1 Year
Location: Chennai, Anna Salai, Teynampet
Work Mode: On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level desktop and end-user support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops/laptops.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to Outlook, MS Office, Teams and other applications.
• Perform software installation, updates and basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Support users with password, login and basic Active Directory-related issues.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues such as LAN, Wi-Fi, IP and connectivity.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory and user-related records.
• Log and update incidents/requests in the ticketing tool.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the L2 team when required.
