How Can You Make an Impact?

1. Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, firewalls, backups, assets, and software licenses across all locations.
2. Lead the IT helpdesk, monitor SLAs, resolve recurring issues, and maintain effective support coverage at project sites.
3. Collaborate with DevOps, security, network, and application teams for seamless migration.
4. Implement cybersecurity controls, including patching, endpoint security, access reviews, vulnerability remediation, incident management, and employee awareness.
5. Support DPDP compliance through data inventory, retention controls, vendor assessments, access governance, and breach-response readiness.
6. Manage backup and disaster-recovery activities, including restoration testing, DR drills, and achievement of defined RTO/RPO targets.
7. Plan and deliver IT and digital-transformation projects, including requirement gathering, evaluation, UAT, go-live, documentation, and post-implementation review.
8. Manage technology vendors, contracts, renewals, commercials, budgets, and SLAs, performing spend reviews and identifying cost-optimization opportunities.
9. Lead and develop the ERP, infrastructure, helpdesk, application-support, and site IT teams.
10. Ensure high availability and performance of Farvision ERP, CRM, Salesforce, APIs, reporting tools, and other critical applications.

What Are We Looking For?

• 8-12 years of relevant IT experience.
• Preferred qualification of BCA / Diploma / B.Sc. IT.
• Strong technical capabilities in IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data security, and compliance requirements.
• Strong team-player orientation with the ability to collaborate across IT functions.
• Good conceptual ability to understand technical requirements and resolve operational challenges.
