Job Title: Project Engineer (Electrical)

Job Location: Chennai

CTC: 7.80-10.80 LPA

How can you make an Impact?

• Plan project electrical requirements in line with construction schedules and budgets.
• Review and finalize electrical designs, load calculations, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, and project stakeholders for design optimization.
• Prepare BOQs, technical comparisons, and support procurement/vendor finalization.
• Ensure approvals and compliance with statutory authorities and utility providers.
• Manage electrical execution activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Monitor quality, safety, timelines, and installation standards at site.
• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag resolution.
• Handle electrical-related issues during project handover and post-possession stages.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facility teams for smooth transition.
• Track project progress, risks, and electrical milestones.
• Support implementation of cost optimization and energy-efficient solutions.
• Prepare MIS reports, progress reviews, and technical updates for management.

What are we looking for?

• B. Tech  in Electrical Engineering (Regular Full-Time preferred).
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in residential/high-rise real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of HT/LT systems, substations, DGs, transformers, fire alarm systems, ELV systems, and electrical safety standards.
• Familiarity with statutory approvals and electrical compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
