About the Role

Fineguide 4 You is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Financial Services Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with banking and financial products, understanding their financial requirements, providing suitable solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and understand their financial and banking requirements.
• Explain and promote suitable financial products and services.
• Generate leads through telecalling, references, digital platforms, and customer enquiries.
• Handle customer queries related to banking and financial services.
• Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for application processing.
• Follow up with customers regarding applications, approvals, and required documents.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/Excel.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Ensure proper communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable banking/financial-service guidelines.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers can apply with good communication and sales skills.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Insurance, Loans, or Sales is preferred.

Salary

18,000 – 35,000 per month + Incentives

Salary can be adjusted based on experience and company budget.
