Job Controller / Floor Supervisor - General Service

Monitor and control workshop job flow, allocate jobs to technicians, track repair progress, coordinate with Service Advisors, ensure timely vehicle delivery, maintain job status updates and support smooth workshop operations.

Required Candidate profile

Graduate with 5-8 years of automobile workshop experience, strong knowledge of job flow and repair processes, good coordination skills, customer focus and ability to manage multiple jobs efficiently.
