Job Application Specialist

About the Role

Solnity Services Limited is a Canadian IT staffing and placement firm. We source, place, and support candidates across IT job boards, managing every step from resume tailoring to interview coordination. We're hiring a Recruiter / Job Application Specialist to manage a portfolio of candidates applying to relevant roles on their behalf, keeping their materials sharp, and tracking progress through to placement.

Responsibilities

Manage a dedicated pool of candidate profiles, applying to matched job postings on their behalf across job boards (e.g., Dice, LinkedIn)

Review and tailor candidate resumes for specific job postings before submission

Track applications and update status (Pending/Applied/Completed) in the internal platform

Coordinate with candidates on availability and job fit

Flag strong matches or urgent postings to the team promptly

Maintain accurate records of applications submitted per candidate/company

Requirements

Prior experience in IT staffing, bench sales, or technical recruiting

Familiarity with US/Canada IT job market and common tech roles (Java, QA, Data Analyst, DevOps, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and organization

Comfortable working with internal tools/dashboards for candidate and application tracking

Good written English for resume edits and candidate communication

Able to work night shift hours (6 PM 3 AM IST) to overlap with Canadian business hours

Nice to Have

Experience with job boards like Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter

Exposure to ATS or recruitment CRM toolsRole & responsibilities
