Role Description The JKG SKG Std. 1 Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons for early primary learners. Day-to-day tasks include creating a supportive classroom environment, facilitating learning through structured activities, assessing student progress, and maintaining clear communication with parents and guardians. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, participate in school events, and contribute to the holistic development of students, with particular sensitivity to children from underprivileged backgrounds. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working with early primary grades (JKG, SKG, Std. 1).
• Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Training, including the ability to design age-appropriate learning activities.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching certification or diploma in early childhood or primary education.
• Prior experience in classroom management and inclusive education is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven, community-focused environment.
• Basic proficiency in local languages and cultural sensitivity toward marginalized communities is an advantage.
