Job

We are looking for a Jira Service Management (JSM) Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience in Jira Cloud and service desk implementations. The ideal candidate should have experience configuring workflows, SLAs, automation, Entra ID SSO, and JQL reporting.

Implement and configure Jira Service Management on Jira Cloud.

Design and manage workflows, SLAs, and automation rules.

Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) integration using Microsoft Entra ID.

Develop JQL queries and reports to track service desk performance.

Support service desk setup, configuration, testing, and implementation.

Ensure the successful delivery of service desk implementation projects.

and Experience

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Jira Cloud and Jira Service Management.

Experience completing at least 2 full service desk implementations.

Strong knowledge of workflows, SLAs, and automation.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID SSO.

Proficiency in JQL reporting and queries.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Work

Remote position based in India.

Must be available for a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with Melbourne business hours.

Available to start in the first week of November 2026.
