JIRA ITSM & ServiceNow eBonding Lead Azure

Role & responsibilities

• Lead JIRA ITSM and ServiceNow eBonding implementation, integration, and support.
• Design and manage integrations between JIRA, ServiceNow, and other ITSM platforms.
• Handle end-to-end eBonding workflows, incident, request, problem, and change management integrations.
• Work with REST APIs and integration technologies to automate ITSM processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot JIRA Service Management and ServiceNow workflows.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and service management teams.
• Provide technical leadership for ITSM integration projects and production issues.
• Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support Azure cloud environments and work with Azure engineering teams on integration requirements.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure ITIL best practices and enterprise service management standards are followed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution and service improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with strong experience in JIRA ITSM + ServiceNow eBonding + Azure engineering and enterprise-level ITSM integration projects are preferred.
