About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Inventory Manager to manage and control inventory of gold, diamonds, gemstones, raw materials, semi-finished and finished jewellery. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of jewellery stock management, reconciliation, weight control, and ERP-based inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage gold, diamond, gemstone, raw material and finished jewellery inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of gross weight, net weight, stone weight, purity/karat and quantity.
• Monitor inward/outward stock, transfers, returns, job work and production movements.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify and resolve stock, weight and system discrepancies.
• Monitor gold consumption, wastage, recovery and material returns.
• Maintain proper tagging, coding and documentation of jewellery items.
• Prepare daily/monthly inventory MIS and stock reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and production teams.
• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged and rejected inventory.
• Support internal and annual stock audits.

Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of experience in Jewellery Inventory / Stock Management.
• Experience handling Gold, Diamond & Gemstone Inventory preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Diamonds, Gemstones and jewelry.
• Proficiency in Gati, MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Software.
• High level of integrity, accountability and confidentiality.
