Jewellery Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Advisory: Welcome clients warmly, understand their specific tastes or milestone requirements (bridal, investment, gifting), and curate tailored luxury selections.
• Product Storytelling: Present collections with in-depth knowledge of diamonds, colored gemstones, metal purities, hallmarking, and master craftsmanship.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain an active database of high-value clients; manage proactive outreach for birthdays, anniversaries, private previews, and bespoke orders.
• Showroom Operations: Manage opening/closing daily inventory counts, follow stringent security protocols for handling high-value pieces, and maintain pristine counter visual merchandising.
• After-Sales Support: Oversee bespoke customization requests, sizing adjustments, certificate handling, and repairs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in fine jewellery, luxury watches, or premium luxury retail.
• Communication & Presence: Polished grooming, elegant etiquette, and fluent communication skills.
• Technical Acumen: Working knowledge of diamond grading, gold purities, and gemstone certifications (GIA, IGI, or BIS hallmarking standards).
• Integrity & Discretion: High personal integrity and comfort handling high-ticket transactions while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends, festive rushes, and private VIP showcase events.
