Jewellery Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable gold and diamond jewellery based on their requirements.

• Handle end-to-end retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide an excellent in-store experience.

• Explain product features, designs, pricing and offers effectively.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain proper product display and ensure a premium store environment.

• Generate repeat business and contribute to overall store sales.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Gold & Diamond Jewellery Sales is mandatory.

• Candidates from reputed jewellery brands/stores will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing/persuasion skills.

• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach. • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery products.

• Target-oriented and confident in handling customers
