Role & responsibilities

- The role holder is expected to adopt Customer first approach and attend the customers efficiently. (Customer First)

- Must strive to achieve business targets.

- Exhibits supervisory skills, facilitates achievement of results for subordinates.

- Delegate work to juniors, if any and monitor activities to ensure performance in line with plans for proper sharing of responsibilities. (Business Acumen & Teamwork)

- Providing help to improve performance and ability to counsel & training (People Developer)

- Support business by suggesting (up-selling/cross-selling) products as per customer preferences. (Business Acumen & Customer First)

- Co-ordinates with manager and ensure stock level on sales floor is maintained as per guidelines, this includes but not limited to replenishing merchandise from the stock room. (Teamwork)

- The role holder will ensure efficient and correct billing is done which includes but not limited to dealing with Cash /Credit cards/Debit cards/ Vouchers/Loyalty points/Exchange. He/ she is accountable for any till discrepancies (Business Acumen & Responsibility)

- Supports & ensures the visual aesthetics of the department/store are on point as per the store plan and guidelines. The role holder is expected to keep the area of work clean.

- Captures customer insights/ preferences and shares the same with the managerial team during weekly meetings.

- Keeps track of new techniques and adapts as per business requirements. (Passion for product)

- The jobholder shall assist in visual merchandising/promotions inside and outside the store.
