Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sampling process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of samples for approval.
• Coordinate with buyers to understand their requirements and preferences, providing guidance on product development and selection.
• Develop effective communication strategies to manage multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, design teams, and internal customers.
• Plan and execute merchandising activities such as market research, and trend analysis to stay ahead of competition.
• Oversee sourcing materials procurement process to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Executing production friendly samples and showcasing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Jewellery Merchandising or related field (B.Tech Computers preferred).
• Strong understanding of Buyer Communication, Merchandise Planning, Sampling, Sourcing Materials, and other relevant skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
