Jewellery Merchandiser

Job Description

Sky Gold & Diamonds Ltd. is looking for an experienced Jewellery Merchandiser to manage product coordination, order follow-ups, and communication between customers, internal teams, and production teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for jewellery product requirements.
• Understand customer requirements, product specifications, and order details.
• Coordinate with Design, CAD, Production, Quality and Dispatch teams.
• Follow up on orders from product development to final delivery.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure timely completion.
• Track order status and provide regular updates.
• Maintain accurate product and order-related documentation.
• Resolve operational issues through effective coordination.
• Ensure accurate communication of product specifications and requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in Jewellery Merchandising.
• Graduate preferred from NIFT / IIGJ.
• Knowledge of jewellery products and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
