Experience - 2 years; retail or service experience preferred; freshers welcome, MBA & BBA - Campus Placement

Skills:

Any customer-facing retail or service role

Communication, grooming, willingness to learn, basic numeracy

Languages:

Local language and basic English preferred

Key Responsibilities :

- Greet and welcome every customer as per PALMONAS hospitality guidelines.

- Assist customers in product discovery and understanding needs and budget.

- Maintain cleanliness, product display hygiene, and stock organization.

- Facilitate trials, demonstrate products, and handle basic billing support.

- Adhere strictly to security protocols for handling jewellery and high-value items.
