Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain chatbots to improve customer engagement and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes using artificial intelligence tools.
• Analyze data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems) to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
• Design and execute experiments to test new technologies, processes, or products in a controlled environment.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, business operations, and chatbot development principles.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different functions within an organization.
