Role: JBPM Developer
Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Location: Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement business process automation solutions using jBPM and related BPM technologies.
• Develop and maintain process workflows, business rules, case management, and human task implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate jBPM applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize process performance, and ensure application stability.
• Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and adherence to development standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments.

Required Skills

• 4 to 10 years of IT experience with strong hands-on experience in jBPM Development.
• Expertise in jBPM, BPMN 2.0, Business Process Management (BPM), and Workflow Automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and related technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of business rules engines, process orchestration, and workflow design.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and application troubleshooting.
