About the Role
Seven Mentor is looking for an experienced and passionate Java Web Full Stack Trainer to deliver technical training, mentor students, and provide hands-on experience in Java full stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, Advanced Java, OOPs, Collections, and Exception Handling.
• Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js or Angular.
• Knowledge of Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, Maven, and version control.
• Understanding of web application development, debugging, and deployment.
• Experience in developing real-time Java full stack projects.
  

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Java Web Full Stack Development.
• Explain technical concepts through practical examples and live coding.
• Guide students in developing real-time projects and web applications.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct practical sessions and evaluate student performance.
• Help students troubleshoot coding issues and improve problem-solving skills.
• Keep students updated with current industry trends and technologies.
• Support students in developing industry-ready technical skills.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of Java full stack development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.
• Prior training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
