Job Overview

EIBO Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and skilled Java Trainer who can train students and professionals in Java programming and help them build strong practical and industry-oriented development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Java.
• Teach Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and Java 8+ features.
• Explain programming concepts through practical examples and real-world projects.
• Design assignments, coding exercises, and assessments.
• Guide students in developing Java-based projects.
• Help students improve their problem-solving and programming skills.
• Conduct doubt-solving and revision sessions.
• Prepare students for technical interviews and placement opportunities.
• Keep training content aligned with current industry requirements.
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
• Good understanding of OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, JDBC, and SQL.
• Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Prior experience in teaching or training students is preferred.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 12 years of relevant experience in Java development or training.
• Freshers with strong Java knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
