We are looking for an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java development, Spring Boot, microservices, and banking applications. The candidate should have hands-on technical skills and experience leading development activities.

Mandatory Skills

• Core Java, J2EE
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Microservices Architecture and REST APIs
• SQL and Database Management
• Banking / BFSI domain experience
• Technical leadership, code reviews, and team coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Build and manage microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Lead development activities, review code, and ensure coding standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver banking solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of Java development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Prior experience in the Banking / BFSI domain.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
