Role & responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Java applications.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot.
- Guide development teams through technical design, coding standards, and best practices.
- Develop and expose RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Drive Agile delivery and participate in Sprint Planning, Estimation, and Retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical resolutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
