Java Technical Lead

Title: Technical Lead - Java

Location: Chennai/ Bangalore

Experience: 10+ years

Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed system design.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
• Proficiency in Git and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong ownership mindset end-to-end accountability for module delivery, system quality, and resolving complex technical blockers independently.
• Excellent stakeholder communication capabilities — ability to articulate technical decisions, set realistic expectations, and align closely with product managers and client leadership.
• Proven leadership skills — mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence across the team.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to Kubernetes and container management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (or AWS/GCP)
• Knowledge of Redis or alternative caching strategies.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security, and enterprise authentication standards.
