About this role
- Strong hands-on full-stack expertise using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.
- Experience designing operational applications and dashboards that present cycle progress, throughput, completion percentage, exceptions, reconciliation, alerts, reprocessing, and platform health.
- Strong AWS experience, including EKS, Kubernetes, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Kafka, IAM, KMS, and CloudWatch.
- Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization, including JWT, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, role-based access control, and secure business workflows.
- Experience with observability and APM, such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, and SLA-based alerting.
- Ability to make UI and UX design decisions for operational users while maintaining scalable backend services and data access patterns.
- Ability to establish shared frontend and backend coding frameworks, reusable components, repository and branching standards, unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience partnering with Product Owners and operational users to convert complex workflows into clear stories, acceptance criteria, and testable functionality.
