About this role
Java Support Engineer (L3 Support).
We are seeking an experienced Java Support Engineer (L3 Support) to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise Java applications.
Role & Responsibilities:
1) Provide Level 3 (L3) production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
2)Core Java development hands on experience required.
2)Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
3)Analyze application logs and troubleshoot production issues.
