Java Spring Boot Technology Lead

We are looking for an experienced Java Spring Boot Technology Lead to design, develop, and deploy scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide team members while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members, encouraging technical growth and collaboration.
• Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement in development processes.
• Support application deployment and implementation using appropriate tools and technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Hibernate and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of scalable application design and deployment strategies.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, BCA, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or MSc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
• Understanding Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and application deployment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
