Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain Microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and messaging systems.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Implement security, monitoring, and logging mechanisms.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Expertise in Microservices Architecture and REST API development.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of build tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with messaging tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
