Java Spring Boot Developer 10 - 15 yrs

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Kafka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular and/or React.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Participate in system design, code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Java 8/11/17.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture.
• Strong frontend development experience with Angular (8+) and/or React.js.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and event-driven systems.
• Expertise in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Familiarity with Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB.
• Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
